Angel's Twist was founded in May 5, 2005 after the owner attended a "Balloon and Party Funfare Course" at the Technological Livelihood and Resource Center (TLRC) just right after his graduation. The founder had shown his entrepreneurial qualities since his childhood days. When he was in gradeschool, he let his comic book collections "for rent" in his neighborhood. In his Sixth Grade, he had a pop corn, squid balls and lemonade stand in partnership with his friends that made them earn their extra allowances.

The founder graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at De La Salle University in 2005. On the following year, he attended an Entrepreneurship program in the University of the Philippines Institute for Small-Scale Industries at Diliman Quezon, City where he topped the class and was awarded the "Best in Business Plan" in their commencement exercises. He surpassed his classmates which were Country Managers, Operation Managers, CEOs, Entrepreneurs and other Senior Management Executives of multinational companies in the Philippines who are also interested to start a company or improve his existing business/es.

The founder has handled various quality standards when he was still in the corporate world: (ISO 9000:2000 & Sarbanes Oxley)

In 2007, founder also earned two Six Sigma Greenbelt Certifications (from Ateneo De Manila University-GSB CCE & Expert Rating Global Certifications). In 2008, he earned his Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications also from Ateneo.

In 2007, Angel's Twist earned its membership in the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN), the most prestigious worldwide organization of balloon businesses and balloon professionals. The owner on the same year completed 3 comprehensive courses of QBN and graduated with the following final ratings: Balloon Basic Program 97%, Balloon Decor Program 91% Balloon Bouquet Program 100%
